bought a single tube of pyrrole orange on a whim because the shop had it on clearance and now i can't paint with anything else. every color i own suddenly looks muddy to me. spent the whole afternoon re-mixing everything around it and my "skintone" is just straight up clown makeup at this point.

this is how it always goes. one new tube and the whole system collapses. i have like 40 dollars worth of paint i'm now suspicious of. anyway if you see a painting that's just orange with a face drawn on it, that was my afternoon.
