Welding slag inclusions again.
Third time this week the slag isn't cleaning out properly on a steel weld. Means I have to grind it all back and re-do it. Wastes hours and eats into the consumables.

ugh, that's the worst. nothing like burning hours just to grind it all off again. are you using a chipping hammer and wire brush or just the grinder for cleaning between passes?
